Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 31 October 2026
This policy explains how to change or cancel a day pass or a membership, and when you can get a refund. It is part of our Terms and sits alongside your legal rights as a consumer, which it does not affect.
Day passes: free cancellation
You can cancel a day pass free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the booking (8:30am on the day booked). You will get a full refund to your original payment method.
The quickest way is to sign in to your dashboard and cancel there. You can also email info@perspectivecoworking.co.uk.
Day passes: late cancellation and no-shows
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the booking, or you do not turn up, we do not refund the day pass unless we have not been able to provide the service.
Day passes: changing the date
To move a booking, cancel it at least 24 hours before and book a new date. A new booking is subject to availability.
Day passes and the 14-day right to cancel
Online purchases of services normally come with a legal 14-day right to cancel. A day pass is for a specific date, which is a case where that right does not apply. Instead, we give you the free cancellation above.
Memberships: your 14-day right to cancel
If you buy a membership online as a consumer, you have the right to cancel within 14 days, starting the day after you buy it. You do not need to give a reason.
To cancel, email info@perspectivecoworking.co.uk or use the cancellation option in your dashboard, and say clearly that you want to cancel. You can use our contact details to do this in any form of words.
When you buy, you tell us you want your membership to start straight away. If you then cancel within the 14 days, we will refund what you paid, less an amount in proportion to what you have used up to the time you told us you wanted to cancel. For 5 Days and 10 Days plans, that is the price you paid multiplied by the number of desk days you have used or that have started, divided by the number of days in the plan. For example, if you pay £149 for 10 Days and have used 5 days, we keep £74.50 and refund £74.50. For Flex Desk and Your Desk, it is the price you paid multiplied by the days that have passed since you bought, divided by 30. We will not charge you if you have not used the service.
We will refund you without delay, and within 14 days of you telling us you want to cancel. The refund goes to the card you paid with. The 14-day right applies to your first purchase, not to later monthly renewals.
Memberships: cancelling after 14 days
You can cancel your membership at any time. It stays active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then it stops and you will not be charged again. You keep your access until then.
We do not refund the part of a billing period that has already started, and unused days do not carry over, unless the law says otherwise or we have not provided the service we promised.
Memberships: cancelling a booked day
You can cancel a booked day up to 24 hours before it starts, and it is returned to your allowance. After that, a cancelled booking or no-show counts as a day used.
Large desk + monitor plans
If you cancel a large desk + monitor plan, your large desk + monitor place is released at the end of the period you have paid for and may be offered to someone else.
If a payment fails
If a renewal payment fails, we will email you a link to update your payment details. If it is not resolved in a reasonable time, we may end your membership and cancel bookings that have not yet happened.
If we cancel
If we have to close or cancel a booking, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer you a full refund or a new date.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. They are sent without undue delay and always within 14 days where the law requires it. Depending on your bank, they may take a few more working days to appear.
Complaints
If you are not happy with how we have handled a cancellation or refund, email info@perspectivecoworking.co.uk and we will look into it promptly.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
